template-data/star_grey Christmas Party Night
Created by John Birtwhistle (ID: 1409)

Location: Telford A christmas meal with vegitarian option if required followed by a disco. Price starts at £15.95 per head this does depend on the date if my memory serves me correctlythe closer to christmas the higher the price. At this moment the following dates are available. 4/5/6/11/12/13/15/16/17/18/19/20th. of December If this is to happen a decision would have to be made fairly soon as the venue will soon be booked up.

Hi John, if you can choose a Saturday night and suggest some economical accomodation within staggering distance then I am interested! Keep me posted, Diane x (6th, 13th, and 20th are all Sats)

Me again - something is amiss. I put my last message under your other activity heading. Although thy are both under the heading og Christmas party we seem to be replying (very strangely) to the Freddie Starr Petition. What's going on?? Diane x

John,

You were a bit quick on the clicking and posted the event twice. I had to delete one and chose the one with more discussion.

International Hotel Single occupnacy room £50.00 if shared £60.00 including self service continental breakfast Event starts at 7/7.30 pm. and finishes at 1pm.

Hi John...was only joking as the comments about where the postings were appearing made me smile, especially as I'd returned from an enjoyable dinner party...hic!... And although I should have expressed it more accurately, Telford is "north" of me and then bear left!!!
DianePosted: 19:59 29/06/2008
Hi John, 6th seems fine for me. Where is the venue? Is it at the Buckatree or if not which of the hotels is within walking distance? Diane x

I'd like to join in with this. Just the price of £50 overnight accommodation putting me off. I suppose that's the going rate though. I'll have to start saving up.

I would like to go to the christmas party. I live up in yorkshire so i will have to travel down on the train. Once a date has been confirmed i will look at times of trains, it will be difficult, i will have to stay overnight but i can sort that out later.

Hi John sorry been away. Would like to go in theory but not sure when my office one is and as office is closing this year I think we are all planning to go to it. However I will let you know as soon as.
Cheers - Pat
