I fell in love with Bottled Night when I met a super cute Spanish guy in Madrid, and after that I had to get a bottle of my own.

I feel as though the 'night' branding may not be all that accurate, as this smells like something you could wear just as easily during the day.I use to wear boss bottled the original not intense and will always respect it's popularity but to me it just came off a tad to sweet for my tastes. I think Bottled Night would have been a bigger success, had it been labeled as it's own thing instead of a Boss Bottled flanker. Even if there's nothing wrong with this smell in and of itself, I wouldn't spray more than 3 sprays and only wear it casually and I'd never flirt wearing this since I haven't used Axe for 10 years. I get the profile, and was looking forward to the combination of notes, but it just isn't there in terms of personality. I really wish the lavender and violet and musk notes where more prominent, distinguished, and blending to make a clear statement without overdoing it.

Very bright crisp fresh and at the same time rich green aromatic Violet Leaf (not Violet Flower) fragrance. The opening can be a bit harsh, but it settles down nicely and has a very nice mysterious vibe about it. BOSS Bottled Night is destined to become the secret weapon in the BOSS man’s armoury of seduction, instilling him with the same compelling presence that underpins his success by day.

Here also golden rule applies - if worn by the right person in the right setting and right clothing may work wonders. I have the same problem with boss bottled, bottled tonic, and hugo energise - I love what I smell but it just doesn't last as long on my skin as I would like. This really is an under rated gem in the fragrance community and I am surprised that this doesn't get more love.
